Welcome to Jia Collective, a pioneering agency dedicated to transforming multicultural communications and engagement in Australia. Jia Collective was born out of the recognition that Australia's demographic landscape is rapidly evolving, and multicultural voices and perspectives were left unheard and untapped.
With over 50% of Australians either born overseas or having parents who were born overseas, the need for tailored, respectful communication and engagement strategies has never been more critical.
Our mission is to help organisations navigate this diverse landscape by providing strategic insights, training, and guidance. We work closely with marketing and communication professionals to create inclusive messages that resonate with Australia's diverse population. We also support teams and leaders in empowering their multicultural talents to take pride in their unique experiences and perspectives.
Jia Collective is led by Belle Kwan, a veteran journalist and communications powerhouse who marries a wealth of lived experiences across countries and cultures with her passion for creating and sharing stories that celebrate Australia's rich, diverse and powerful multicultural communities.
